Deborah holds board certifications in Cyber Intelligence and Human Trafficking Investigations, bringing advanced analytical and investigative skills to every case. She believes deeply in the promise of the American justice system, and in the responsibility to hold public officials, law enforcement, attorneys, and judges fully accountable when they violate that trust.

Dr. Sweeney is a key Strategic Advisor at Justice Guard and Founder of the Free Will Society, a part-nering Division of Justice Guard. As a veteran investigator with 30 years' exper-ience as a privacy and security consul-tant, he has worked with some 12,000 TIs, stalking victims, and whistle-blowers, authored seminal books on abuse of power, and turns raw intelligence into de-cisive counterintel-ligence strategies.
