Across America, a growing number of citizens have raised alarm over the existence of unlawful watch lists, covert databases used by public institutions to monitor, flag, and target individuals based on political affiliation, religious beliefs, or ideological expression. These lists lack due process, transparency, or any legitimate legal justification. Christians, Conservatives, former Democrats who have walked away from that party, Trump supporters, and those who speak out against the Woke ideologies, have increasingly reported being profiled, surveilled, and subjected to selective enforcement without cause.
What makes this corruption especially dangerous is its reach: it doesn’t stop at federal agencies. It flows downward, quietly embedding itself in local police departments, state prosecutors’ offices, school boards, and municipal governments. Through informal alliances, shared intelligence platforms, and politically motivated directives, these institutions have weaponized their authority against the very communities they are sworn to serve.
Justice Guard exists to expose this machinery. We investigate the misuse of public power, document patterns of abuse, and demand accountability from every level of government.
