Due to the professional and time-based nature of these services, many purchases are non-refundable once work has begun or access has been granted.

2. Investigative & Consulting Services

Payments made for:

• consultations,
• investigative services,
• strategy sessions,
• case reviews,
• research,
• administrative preparation,
• digital analysis,
• forensic review,
• metadata analysis,
• timeline preparation,
• report drafting,
• or related professional services

are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Justice Guard reserves investigative and consulting time specifically for each client, and service fees compensate for professional time, labor, preparation, and analysis.

3. Retainer Payments

Retainers are advance deposits used to reserve investigative and consulting time.

Retainer Terms:

• Retainers may be applied toward hourly investigative or consulting services.
• Time already expended will be deducted from any potential refund.
• Unused portions of retainers may be refundable at the sole discretion of Justice Guard unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

Billable activities may include:

• phone consultations,
• meetings,
• communications,
• document review,
• records analysis,
• travel,
• digital investigations,
• report preparation,
• administrative processing,
• and related investigative work.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

All sales are final on digital products, including:

• downloadable templates,
• educational guides,
• reports,
• intake kits,
• training materials,
• digital resources,
• member-only downloads,
• and electronic documents.

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds, exchanges, or returns are provided after access or delivery.

5. Memberships & Subscription Services

Membership Cancellation:

• Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation prevents future recurring charges.

6. Physical Products & Binder Kits

Physical products, including:

• case binders,
• investigative kits,
• printed materials,
• branded merchandise,
• and shipped organizational materials

may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery only if:

• unused,
• unopened,
• undamaged,
• and in original condition.

Return Conditions:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

Justice Guard reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Approved refunds may take:

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

• collections activity where permitted by law,
• and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.

9. No Guarantee of Outcome

Justice Guard does not guarantee:

• investigative findings,
• court outcomes,
• government action,
• agency response,
• or specific conclusions.

All payments compensate Justice Guard for professional time, investigative effort, research, organization, consultation, and related services rendered.

10. Exceptions

Refund requests based on:

• duplicate charges,
• billing errors,
• technical payment issues,
• or extraordinary circumstances

may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Justice Guard reserves sole discretion regarding all refund determinations.
